摘　　要：体育是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物,其内涵和外延在不同的历史时期有着相异的变化,且呈现出相应的表现形式和本质属性;本研究以辩证论、系统论为研究基础对体育本质进行探讨,认为"以人为本"是体育本质的最高体现。Physical education is a product of human society developed to a certain stage,its connotation and the extension has a distinct change in the different historical period,and presents the corresponding form and nature; the dialectical theory,the system theory as the research foundation of physical nature is discussed,that＂people- oriented＂is the highest embodiment of the essence of physical education.
