学员连队化管理与学员队干部的角色转变——来自美国三军军官学校的启示

摘　　要：美国三军军官学校的学员连队军官是学员连的法定指挥官,他们既是学员的行为榜样,又是顾问、导师和评价者,主要肩负对学员的指导、咨询职责。为了使不断轮换的连队军官胜任学员旅的工作,三军军官学校都设立了连队军官任职培训计划,并授予硕士学位。我军院校实行学员连队化管理模式,可以借鉴美军经验,从及时完成学员队干部的角色转变、为学员队干部提供专业的培训、完善学员信息管理手段等方面改进学员队干部的工作。The Company Officer is the legal commander of the cadet company in the U. S. service academies. He serves as the role model,counselor,mentor and evaluator. To make sure the rotating Company Officers are qualified to perform their duties,the U. S. service academies set up the master level education programs for them. Chinese military universities can use the experience of the U. S. for reference to improve the performance of their Company Officers by transforming their roles,providing professional training,and optimizing the means of cadets information management.
