摘 要:为了实现25G型客车制动系统的实时在线监测和故障诊断,设计开发适用于25G型客车的制动监测系统。该系统采用基于LonWorks的对等网络拓扑结构,创新性地设计了首尾车自动投入终端电阻模式,使列车任意车厢的网络节点都能接收全列的通信数据;系统硬件采用ARM嵌入式处理器并进行多功能集成化设计,软件采用μC/CO-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统,包括初始化模块、数据采集模块、串行通信模块和诊断模块。制动缸泄漏试验结果表明,通过监测副风缸压力的变化情况可判断制动缸是否泄漏;现场运用结果表明,该系统组网灵活,工作稳定性和实时性好,故障诊断的可靠性和准确性较高。To achieve the real time online monitoring and fault diagnosis for the brake system of 25 G passenger car,the brake monitoring system suitable for 25 Gpassenger car was designed and developed.The system adopted LonWorks based P2 Pnetwork topology,and the terminal resistor mode switched in automatically by head and tail cars was innovatively designed,so the network node in any carriage of the train could receive the communication data of the whole train.ARM embedded processor was adopted for system hardware and multi-function integrated design was carried through.TheμC/OS-Ⅱ embedded realtime operating system was adopted for system software,including initialization module,data acquisition module,serial communication module and diagnosis module.The results of brake cylinder leakage tests show that monitoring the changes of the pressure in the auxiliary reservoir can determine whether or not the brake cylinder leaks.The result of field operation shows that the system's network is flexible.The system is of better working stability and real-time performance.The reliability and accuracy of fault diagnosis is higher.
