摘　　要：目的探讨对高原地区护理应急分队护士实施应急能力培训的方法及效果。方法成立高原地区护理应急分队护士应急能力培训考核小组,采用理论授课、科室轮转、急救技能操作训练及情景模拟相结合的方法进行培训,制订高原地区护理应急分队应急能力考核项目细则,并在培训后对培训护士进行考核与评价。结果培训后高原地区护理应急分队护士的急救护理能力、高原护理能力、灾后护理能力均较培训前有较大的提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论注重高原地区护理应急分队护士应急能力培训,可以强化高原地区护理应急分队护士的急救意识及急救操作技能,提高高原护理能力及灾后护理能力,确保高原地区应急救护质量和效率。Objective To investigate the training method and effect of emergency competence training of nursing emergency team in plateau.Methods Setting up emergency competence training team,and the training methods include theory classes,rotation,first aid skills training and first aid scenario simulation,develop the details of inspection rules of emergency competence,assess and evaluate the effect after training.Results After training,the first aid skills,theplateau nursing ability,the nursing ability after disaster were better than before,the difference was statistically significant（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Focusing on the nurses＇ emergency competence of nursing emergency team in plateaucan can strengthen the awareness of first aid and first aid skills,enhance the ability of theplateau nursing and the nursing ability after a disaster,and ensure the quality and efficiency of emergency rescue in plateau area.
