鄂豫地区普通高校排球区域性发展比较研究

摘　　要：为了向社会输送更多的排球后备人才、本校排球的常态化健康发展和普通高校排球的健康可持续化发展。文章采用文献资料法、观察法、比较分析法等研究方法从课程设置、场地器材设施、排球赛事等角度对鄂豫地区普通高校排球区域性发展概况进行调查与分析。研究认为阻碍不同层次高校排球区域性可持续发展的原因主要包括排球项目自身的特点、校园的传统文化、场地的限制、竞赛的诱导性四方面内容。因此,应加强高水平排球队伍的建设,提高竞技水平;加强教师素质的提升,以保证训练的科学化水平;加强学校硬件设施的建设,为排球运动的可持续化发展提供良好的物质保障。It is for the sake of deliver more volleyball talent back to the community, for the sustainable development of volleyball and normalize the healthy and sustainable development of the healthy development of the school and college volleyball. This paper uses literature, observation, comparative analysis and other research methods conducted investigation and analysis from the curriculum, field equipment and facilities , and volleyball tournament of volleyball regional development in regional perspective of Hubei, Henan college. The study suggest that The reason of blocking sustainable development projects that different levels of college volleyball hinder regional mainly due to its own characteristics , including volleyball , traditional culture of the campus, site constraints, the induction of four aspects of the competition So we should strengthen the construction of high-level volleyball team , and improve the competitive level ,and enhance the quality of teachers troop, and strengthen the construction of the school hardware facilities to provide good material guarantee.
