摘 要:建立了一种利用高效液相色谱.二极管阵列检测器测定空气中甲醛、乙醛及丙烯醛的分析方法。该法以负载2,4.二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶采样,醛类化合物被富集转化为醛一DNPH衍生物,以醛一DNPH的特征吸收波长和色谱峰保留时间进行定性分析,并采用标准曲线法进行定量测定。实验研究了DNPH硅胶采样管的制备方法、优化了液相色谱分析条件。该方法可同时分析三种目标化合物,平均回收率为78%~110%,甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛检出限分别为1.30gg/m3、2.20μg/m3、2.44μg/m3,可用于密闭环境空气中微量甲醛、乙醛及丙烯醛的检测。A new method using high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was developed for the determination of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acrolein in air. Aldehydes were absorbed in 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) supported on silica gel and converted into aldehyde-DNPH derivatives. The qualitative analysis was carried out according to the characteristic absorption wavelength and the chromatographic retention time of aldehyde-DNPH, and the quantitative value was determined by standard curve method. The preparation of DNPH-silica gel adsorbent tubes was studied. The HPLC analysis conditions were optimized. This method realizes simultaneous determination of three target compounds. The average recovery of this method was 78%- 110%. The detection limit of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acrolein was 1.30 μg/m3, 2.20 μg/m3, 2.44 μg/m3 respectively. This method can be used to determine of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acrolein in air of closed'environment.
