雪梨与鱼腥草联合应用对吸烟大鼠肺部损害模型防治作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨雪梨与鱼腥草联合应用对吸烟大鼠肺部损害模型中炎症、粉尘颗粒、肺气肿、水肿及充血等病变的防治作用。方法:将20只大鼠(雌雄各半)分为5组(空白对照组、吸烟对照组、对照治疗组、实验治疗组、联合治疗组),每组4只,除空白对照组外,其余组大鼠均吸烟45 d,每组每天12支,同时按组别要求分别进行灌胃治疗,然后取肺组织做石蜡切片及HE染色,观察其组织病理变化。结果:雪梨单独应用治疗后肺内炎症细胞浸润得到一定改善,粉尘颗粒沉积明显减少,肺气肿程度略有减轻但不明显,水肿及充血治疗效果不明显;但雪梨和鱼腥草联合应用时其肺部炎症改善治疗作用明显,粉尘颗粒沉积减少与雪梨单独应用效果相似,肺气肿程度明显减轻,水肿及充血略有改善。结论:雪梨单独应用及雪梨与鱼腥草联合应用对吸烟大鼠肺部损害模型中炎症、粉尘颗粒、肺气肿有一定防治作用,对水肿及充血防治作用不明显。Objective： To explore the prevention and treatment effects of snow pear combined with Yuxingcao（Houttuynia Cordata） on the pathological changes such as inflammation, dusty particles, emphysema, oedema and hyperemia in model mice with lung injures for smoking. Methods： The twenty rats（half male and half female） were divided into five groups： blank control group, smoking control group, control treatment group, experimental treatment group, combined treatment group, four rats each.Except the blank control group, other groups take 12 cigarettes per day for 45 days. Each group received the corresponding treatment. Then the lung tissues were taken to make paraffin sections and HE coloration to observe the pathological variations.Results： After the treatment of snow pear, the number of the infiltration of pulmonary inflammatory cells, and dusty particles both decreased to some extent. The emphysema slightly relieved but not obvious, and the treatment effects was not obvious on oedema and hyperemia. However, with snow pear combined with Houttuynia Cordata, the effect on pulmonary inflammation was obvious, and the reduction of dusty particles was somewhat like to the result of snow. The emphysema obviously relieved, and the oedema and hyperemia improved slightly. Conclusion： The snow pear and joint applications of snow pear combined with Houttuynia Cordata both have prevention and treatment effects on inflammation, dusty particles, emphysema in model mice with lung injures for smoking, and the effects on oedema and hyperemia are not obvius.
