创新型、应用型药学人才培养模式改革措施与实践

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和药学产业结构的调整,对人才的需求呈现出多元化,急需大批具有扎实基础知识和技能、知识面广、适应能力强、有创新意识的药学专业人才。本文提出了药学人才培养模式的改革措施并付诸实践,教学效果显著提升,强化了学生的实践就业能力,并且为我国药学人才培养模式的创新性研究打下必要基础。With the economy development of our society and adjustment of industrial structure of pharmacy, the demand for talents shows a wide range. We are in urgent need of a large number of pharmacy professionals with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, broad knowledge, strong adaptability, a sense of innovation. In this article, a series of pharmacy training mode were proposed and put into practice. These reforms enhanced the teaching effectiveness significantly, strengthened the students＇ employability, and laid the foundation for innovative research of pharmacy training mode.
