摘  要:随着根管治疗技术和修复方法发展,残冠残根保留病例增多。通过在残根残冠中置入桩核再进行冠修复,已成为后牙牙体缺损主要修复方式。临床上常用桩核系统包括传统铸造金属桩核系统和操作简便成品桩核系统。本文将成品钛桩与铸造金属桩核进行比较,对其相关性能与临床应用状况作一综述。With continuing developments made in endodontic therapy and restorative procedures, an ever increasing number of residual root and crown of posterior tooth can be retained. Posts and cores are widely used to restore endodontically treated teeth that have insufficient coronal tooth structure. These devices vary from a conventional custom cast post and cores to one-visit techniques, using commercially available prefabricated post systems. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to review the literature to compare the mechanical properties and clinical application between the cast metal posts and prefabricated titanium posts.
