摘 要:目的 :比较普通喉镜和Glide Scope视频喉镜在口腔颌面部手术全麻经鼻气管插管用时和对血流动力学影响。方法 :经鼻气管插管全麻口腔颌面部手术60例分为2组,分别应用普通喉镜和Glide Scope视频喉镜插管,记录插管用时和次数,记录诱导前、插管前、插管后即刻和插管后2min的血压心率。结果 :Glide Scope视频喉镜插管用时较少,2组患者诱导期和插管前血压心率无差异,插管后即刻血压心率增高,普通喉镜组插管后2min所测收缩压仍高于插管前(P<0.05),视频喉镜与普通喉镜组比较只有插管后即刻和插管后2min所测收缩压值有差异(P<0.05)。结论 :Glide Scope视频喉镜用于口腔颌面部手术经鼻气管插管用时较少,尽管不能完全避免插管对血流动力学影响但比普通喉镜要小。Objective:Comparative effects of Macintos laryngoscope and Glide Scope laryngoscope on the hemodynamics used in Nasotracheal intubation general anesthesia for Oral and maxillofacial operation. Method:60 Oral and maxillofacial operations which need Nasotracheal intubation general anesthesia was divided in two groups used Macintos laryngoscope or Glide Scope laryngoscope. Times and frequency for trachea cannula was recorded, Blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia induction,before and after and 2min after trachea cannula were recorded.These records were used to Observe effect of different laryngoscope on the hemodynamics. Results:Glide Scope laryngoscope group need less time. Blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia induction and before trachea cannula have no difference. Blood pressure and heart rate after trachea cannula increase. Systolic pressure 2min after trachea cannula is higher than before in Macintos laryngoscope group. Systolic pressure after and 2min after trachea cannula have Significant difference compared with two groups. Conclusions:Glide Scope laryngoscope used in Nasotracheal intubation general anesthesia for Oral and maxillofacial operation need less time. Although Glide Scope laryngoscope can not completely avoid effects on hemodynamics but smaller than ordinary laryngoscope.
