摘  要:生涯规划教育是"大学生心理健康教育"课程教学的重要组成部分,是从文本到人本的通道,是满足学生心理实际需要的教育。在"大学生心理健康教育"课程中加强生涯规划教育,必须坚持教学理念落脚于实践环节、突出学生的教学主体地位、重视个体性的三项原则;必须以生涯规划理论为引擎,科学设置教学体系,发挥学生的主体性,在体验式教学中开启生涯规划,并建立大学生涯规划管理档案,结合思想政治教育形成合力。生涯规划教育不仅适应了大学生心理健康教育融入思想政治工作的需要,更有利于引导大学生正确理解和规划人生,促进其全面自由发展。Career planning education is an important component part of the "mental health education of college students"curriculum,a channel from text to humanism,an education to meet the actual needs of students' mind.In order to enhance career planning education in the "mental health education of college students"curriculum,it is necessary to follow three principles:teaching idea based on practice link,stressing students' teaching subjective position and attaching importance to individuality.We must take career planning theory as an engine,set up teaching system scientifically,bring the subjectivity of students into play,implement the career planning in experimental teaching,and establish the college students career planning management documentation by combining ideological and political education to form the joint effort.Career planning education not only accommodate the integration of mental health education of college students into the ideological and political work,it is more conducive to lead the college students to comprehend and plan life correctly to promote the students' all-round and free development.
