摘　　要：随着高教事业的发展和新媒体技术的应用,团员青年的世界观、人生观和价值观正逐步发生着变化,高校团员青年的思想政治教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。新形势下对高校团员青年采取正确、行之有效的思想引领,在定期总结的基础上,积极探索适合团员青年思想引领的路径,对于高校的思想政治工作将起到举足轻重的作用。With the development of higher education and application of new media technology,the youth league members＇ outlook on the world,life and values is changing gradually,so the ideological and political education of the young university league members is facing new opportunities and challenges.It is important to explore new correct and effective ways to help leading young members.This paper attempts to explore the ways accommodating youth league members based on regular summary,which is of great importance in ideological and political work in universities.
