摘　　要：文章分析了国内与国外信息资源开放获取的现状,利用埃奇沃斯盒式图阐述开放获取的发展信息资源的广泛传播,实现资源共享的促进作用。基于大数据时代对中国信息资源开放获取发展现状分层级进行分析,从各国政府,教育机构,图书馆领域等方面逐层级研究开放获取的价值,有助于促进国内开放获取的快速发展,消除信息鸿沟带给人们的差距与影响,更好地实现资源的应有价值。This paper analyzes the status quo of Open Access resources in China and abroad, which utilizing Edge worth Box to illustrate that the information resources of Open Access that can promote the development of OA. It can realize the sharing of the information resources. Based on the era of big data, the development of OA can be analyzed in hi- erarchical from government, educational institutions, and the field of libraries, from which can study the value of in- formation researching. The researching of it can promote the developing of OA in domestic. It can eliminate differ- ence and influence from the information gap. We can create more value from the information of OA.
