江苏省绿色循环低碳干线公路评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：为有效评价江苏省绿色循环低碳干线公路建设水平,对适用于江苏省干线公路的绿色循环低碳公路评价指标体系开展了研究。构建了评价指标体系并采用专家评分和层次分析结合的方法确定了指标权重,提出了评价方法及绿色循环低碳干线公路等级划分标准,利用本文评价体系对已开展的工程进行了试评价。研究结果表明,本文建立的评价指标体系具有较好的适用性,为江苏省绿色循环低碳干线公路的评价提供了依据和技术支撑。The evaluation index system of green recycled low-carbon arterial highways in Jiangsu is studied in order to effectively evaluate the construction level. The evaluation index system is established, and the index weight of evaluation system is determined through the methods of expert scoring and analytic hierarchy. The grading standards of green recycled low-carbon arterial highways are also proposed. The trial evaluation of the ongoing projects is carried out. The research results show the evaluation index system established is of good applicability, and it provides the basis and technical support for green recycled low-carbon arterial highways in Jiangsu.
