摘 要:以某发动机塑料缸盖罩为研究对象,通过声品质评价来分析其影响声品质的结构并进行优化。首先对发动机顶部声压级进行测量并对其进行声品质评价,分析得到影响声品质的频段。建立发动机有限元模型并进行模态试验验证,建立多体动力学模型计算缸盖罩振动并与试验对照,确认模型有效性。根据声品质评价分析结果找出影响声品质的缸盖罩模态,并对其进行结构优化与振动计算验证。将改进后的缸盖罩再进行顶部声压级测量和声品质评价。与原机型对比发现顶部声压级有所降低,声品质也得到明显改善。Plastic head cover structure of a 4-cylinder gasoline engine was analyzed and optimized according to its sound quality. Engine top sound pressure was measured to obtain the spectrum affecting sound quality. FEM model of the engine was set up and verified by modal test and calculation. Using the method of multi-flexible body dynamics, the vibration of head cover was calculated and demonstrated by the test results. Compared with the original type, the optimized head cover top sound pressure level is decreased and sound quality optimized obviously.
