摘  要:为了提高虚拟手术中手术针穿刺过程的精确性,以真实软组织穿刺实验数据及结果为基础,研究采用基于ANSYS完成典型软组织——肝脏的穿刺有限元仿真.由于人体组织的多样性,软组织生物力学特征的复杂性、不均匀性、各向异性、不可压缩性、非线性-塑性-黏弹性,将肝脏软组织抽象为Mooney-Rivlin材料.结合针受力使软组织变形机理,完成了基于MATLAB对实验和仿真的应力应变曲线的拟合,通过拟合曲线的对照可以得出,ANSYS仿真结果和真实数据应力应变曲线趋势基本一致,验证了肝脏穿刺有限元仿真方法的有效性和可行性.In order to improve the accuracy of operation process of needle puncture in virtual operation,finite element simulation of the typical soft tissue liver puncture were completed based on the experimental data and result of puncture real soft tissue. Because of the diversity of human tissue and the com- plexity of the biomechanical properties from soft tissues, according to the comprehensive consideration of the material and the mechanical properties of the soft tissue, we abstracted the liver parenchyma as Moo- ney-Rivlin materials, combining with deformation mechanism of soft tissue by stress, complete contrasting between real experiment and simulation based on MATLAB. It can be seen in the comparison of the curve, stress-strain curve from simulation results by ANSYS is similar with the real data. It verified the effectiveness and the feasibility for liver puncture experiment by finite element simulation.
