摘　　要：以某大型综合商业广场为例,对其写字楼、购物广场、餐饮娱乐、综合性多厅影院等不同功能区火灾危险性进行分析介绍,分析其防火分区、疏散方面的问题,并提出增设消防设施、强化防火分隔等措施。设定9个火灾场景对各功能区进行消防安全性能的评估,针对评估结果提出各自的消防安全技术改进措施。Taking a large commercial plaza as example, the fire risk of different function unit of it like office building, shopping mall, catering and entertainment and complex multi chamber cinema, etc. were introduced. The problems of fire compart- ment, evacuation, etc. were analyzed, and measures as adding the fire protection facility, enhancing the fire separation, etc. were put forward. Nine scenarios were set to evaluate the fire safety of each function unit, and technical measures to improve the fire safety for each unit were put forward according to the e- valuation results.
