摘  要:为了提高中厚板成材率,改善钢板板形,减少中厚板的切边、切头、切尾量,湘潭钢铁集团有限公司5 m宽厚板厂在传统的立辊轧制工艺基础上成功开发并应用了立辊轧制新工艺,在展宽阶段及精轧阶段均使用立辊分别对板坯头尾和边部进行修正轧制,在最后一个偶数道次进行定宽轧制,并投入立辊短行程功能。新工艺和相应控制在PLC程序中编程实现,有效改善了板形,减少了切损,明显提高了钢板的成材率。In order to increase the heavy plate yield,improve the plate shape,and reduce the loss of sides and ends cutting,a new rolling technology for heavy plate with edger roll is developed and im-plemented by 5 m Heavy Plate Mill Plant of Xiangtan Iron & Steel Company,which is based on the traditional edger rolling technology. The new edger rolling technology is used to correct the slab’ s head,tail and sides in broadsiding and finishing sequences. And in the last even pass,the fixed width rolling with short stroke control function is put into use. The new technology and its corresponding logics are programmed and implemented through PLC software, which improves the plate shape, re-duce the cutting loss and increase the plate yield.
