摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、实地调查等方法对山东省高校体育教育专业基本功大赛举办过程中参赛选拔流程、竞赛内容选择、计分方法设置和评价方式实施等进行系统研究,提出修正选拔主体、变化选拔日期;增加体育英语、师范类专业必修理论、裁判组织能力、说课等竞赛内容;加大理论分值,淡化运动成绩;深化评价结果等改革优化措施。为助力大赛品牌建设、提高体育专业办学水平、强化学生就业技能提供理论和实践参考,为国家和省教育主管部门专业教学评估提供数据支撑,为体育考生、家长报考相关院校提供决策指南,为其它省市基本功大赛提供改革建议。The present study aimed to examine in a systematic manner the selection process, content, scoring and evaluation of the Physical Education Basic Skills Competition of Shandong Province. Research methods used in the study included expert interviews and field surveys. The results point to the need for great efforts the following as- pects. Modifications are needed in deciding on the selectors and the date of team selection, the content of the compe- tition should be widened to include such areas as sports English, teaching-related compulsory knowledge, officiating ability and lesson plan presentation. While the numerical values of theories should be increased, athletic perform- ance should not be overstressed. Reform should be deepened in terms of evaluation results.
