青少年攀岩运动员赛前紧张因素分析与对策——以武汉市攀岩运动员为例

摘　　要：通过对武汉市50名9-16岁攀岩运动员进行调查与分析,认为对高度的恐惧心理、对比赛岩壁和线路的陌生感、对保护员的不适应、取胜动机过高等是青少年攀岩运动员赛前紧张的主要因素。并提出训练中可以采用"系统脱敏法"、"在不同场地、线路、保护员的条件下训练"、"降低取胜动机、加强心理辅导、开展模拟比赛"等训练方法来消除青少年攀岩运动员赛前紧张。By analyzing the survey of fifty rock climbing athletes at the age of nine to sixteen in Wuhan City,the author held that there are main factors which cause young rock climbing athletes nervous before competitions,such as fear of height,strangeness of rock walls and lines in competitions,inadaptability of protectors and strong motivation to win. What＇s more. The author put forward that methods should be adopted such as＂systematic desensitization＂,＂training under the condition of multiple rock walls and lines training,frequent replacement of protectors＂,＂lowering motivation to win,improving psychological counseling and conducting games similar to formal ones＂in order to kill the nervousness of young rock climbing athletes before competitions.
