摘 要:艺术学科升格为门类,为高等艺术教育功能的加速运行创造了条件。但长期以来,工具理性阻碍了高等艺术教育的发展,使之在教育理念、课程设置、核心价值、师资建设及外部环境等几方面都严重偏离了方向。高等艺术教育的功能因此受到削弱,人才结构及人才质量等矛盾趋于尖锐。高等艺术教育首先是为了满足人的发展需求的,这是我们定位高等艺术教育的基础,也是优化高等艺术教育结构、提高人才培养质量的正确思路。实现以人的发展为导向的高等艺术教育,优化高等艺术教育的结构,需要在培养目标、课程、师资及外部环境建设等方面做出积极的矫治。Artistic disciplines upgrading to a category has created conditions for accelerated running of higher art education function. For a long time, however, instrumental rationality hindered the development of higher art education, which has made it seriously deviate from the directions in several aspects, such as educational concept, curriculum provision, core value, teacher construction and external environment. Function of higher art education has been weakened and contradictory between talents structure and talents quality has tended to be sharp. The first function of higher art education is to meet the needs of human development, which is not only our basis of positioning higher art education, but also the right idea to optimize the structure of higher art education, and to improve the quality of training personnel. We should make adjustments in cultivation objective, curriculum, staff and external environment construction to optimize the structure of higher art education.
