摘　　要：通过对黑龙江民族职业学院普通高职新生适应性调查问卷的分析,了解新生来校后对学院环境、大学学习的适应情况,掌握新生的心理状况,获知新生的困难和需求。以便学院各部门对高职新生有针对性的实施干预和及时地对学生提供有效的帮助。有助于增强新生教育管理工作的预见性和实效性。By the analysis of questionnaire of freshman adaptability from Heilongjiang Vocational College for Nationalities, freshman＇s adaptability to school environment and campus life are learned and understood, their psychological state are grasped and their difficulties and needs are known, which help the various departments of the College implement predictability and effectiveness of the students＇ education and management.
