摘  要:在教学过程中,针对地方铁路SS4型机车检修班学员提出的DK一1型制动机均衡风缸回风以及制动缸压力与列车管减压量对应比例出现偏差,制动缸压力比正常值偏低两种制动过程中的故障现象,通过理论知识的引导,分析、判断出故障原因,提出处理措施和建议。希望在以后的工作中遇到同样的故障时能迅速判断出故障处所,及时处理,保证安全生产。In the teaching process, according to the two faults proposed by the students of inspection and maintenance major that there exists a deviation between the equalizing reservoir return air brake cylinder pressure and train pipe pressure reduction proportion of the local railway type SS4 locomotive DK-1 brake, the brake cylinder pressure is lower than normal value, through the guidance of theoretical knowledge, the causes of the problems are analyzed and determined,measures and suggestions are put forward. And it's hoped that in the later work if the same trouble occurred, determine faults can be quickly located, dealt with timely, and the safety in production can be ensured.
