石参胶囊对小鼠细胞免疫功能及NK细胞活性试验影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究石参胶囊对细胞免疫功能及NK细胞活性影响作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组,石参胶囊高、中、低3个剂量组(1.06、0.53、0.27 g·kg-1)及阴性对照组。小鼠经口灌胃不同剂量石参胶囊30 d,阴性对照组小鼠给予相同剂量纯化水。测定Con A诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、小鼠迟发型变态反应程度及NK细胞活性。结果:石参胶囊在1.06、0.53 g·kg-1剂量下能够显著增强小鼠脾细胞增殖能力;1.06 g·kg-1剂量下,石参胶囊具有加强小鼠迟发型变态反应程度、NK细胞活性的作用。结论:石参胶囊具有增强小鼠细胞免疫功能及NK细胞活性的作用。Objective：This study was aimed to investigate the influence of Shishen Capsule on cellular immune function and NK cell activity of mice. Methods：The mice were randomly divided into negative control group,Shishen capsule high,medium and low-dose group（1.06,0.53,0.27 g·kg^-1）. The mice of experimental groups were given Shishen capsule intragastrically once a day for 30 day. And the negative control group was given distilled water. The ability of spleen lymphocyte proliferation of mice which were induced by Con A,delayed allergy and NK cell activity were detected. Results：Shishen capsule high,medium-dose can enhance the capacity of the spleen cell proliferation in mice;Shishen capsule high-dose can strengthen the mice delayed-type allergy and NK cell activity. Conclusion：Shishen capsule can enhance the cellular immune function in mice,and the function of NK cell activity.
