摘　　要：涉及人的生物医学科研项目审查是伦理审查工作中的薄弱环节。本文分析了医学伦理委员会在医学科研项目伦理审查工作中存在的初始伦理审查的时机不一致、跟踪审查不到位、研究者研究资质不足、研究者伦理知识的缺乏和伦理委员会伦理审查能力欠缺等问题,从加强顶层设计,完善操作规程;加强部门协作,重视医学科研项目伦理审查的全程性;加强卫生行政部门对医学伦理委员会的监管;建立多层次的伦理培训体系,提升伦理审查质量等方面提出了完善我国医学科研项目伦理审查的对策。Examination of personal biomedicine scientific research project is a poor link of ethics examination. The article analyses a lot of problems,for example the initial ethics examination time is not consist,tracking examination is imperfect,researcher is not qualified in the medicine ethics committee＇s ethics examination of medicine scientific research project etc. Bring up measure of improving ethics examination of biomedicine scientific research project,which includes strengthening top design,improving work instruction,strengthening department cooperation,paying attention to the whole process of ethics examination of biomedicine scientific research project,strengthening medicine administration supervision on medicine ethics committee,building multi- level ethics training system,improving quality of ethics examination etc.
