摘　　要：异常糖链糖蛋白(Tumor abnormal protein,TAP)是肿瘤细胞在新陈代谢过程中排放的糖蛋白和钙-组蛋白复合物的总称,达到一定程度后,这类物质向血液排放,并较多地存在于外周血液。研究表明,TAP在消化道癌前病变中有较高表达。现就TAP在食管、胃、大肠癌前病中的研究进展予以综述。Tumor abnormal protein （TAP） was a glycoprotein of Tumor cells in the process of metabolism of emissions and calcium￣set the floorboard of the protein complexes, after reaching a certain degree,this kind of substances released into the blood, and more exists in the peripheral blood.Studies had shown that the TAP in the digestive tract have higher expression in precancer-ous lesions.In this paper,the TAP in the esophagus, stomach and large intestine cancer before the disease research progress were reviewed.
