橡皮障在口腔正畸临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨橡皮障在口腔正畸科粘结托槽中的作用。方法患者20例作为研究对象，粘结托槽400个。橡皮障组作为试验组；另一组棉球隔湿后作为对照组，对托槽脱落率进行统计学分析。结果实验组托槽脱落率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论橡皮障隔湿作用高于棉球隔湿法，有助于减少托槽脱落率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rubber dam in fixed appliances. Methods 20 patients who were prescribed with fixed appliances were divided into rubber dam brakers bonding group and conventional bonding procesure group. Bracket loss rate were compared. Results The rate of brackets loss in rubber-dam group wag significantly lower than that of non-rubber dam group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Rubber dam can effectively reduce rate of brackets loss.
