摘　　要：阐述了就业指导课程与职业技能鉴定工作一体化的必要性和作用。提出了开展学生自主选择就业指导课程、以职业技能证书代替就业课程考试、推行双证书制度、以技能竞赛促进学生技能发展等一系列举措,并提出了加强一体化工作的保障措施。This paper discusses the necessity and function of integration of employment guidance course and occupation skill appraisal and puts forward some measures for strengthening integration of employment guidance and skill appraisal such as giving employment guidance course chosen by students,taking the place of employment course test by occupation skill certificate,promoting dual- certificate system and promoting students＇ skill development with skill contest,etc.
