军区机关官兵眼疾病情况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 通过对军区机关官兵眼部疾病的调查,获得其眼疾病谱,为军区机关官兵的眼病防治及眼保健提供参考依据。方法 以2013年2月~2014年2月就诊于我院眼科的军区机关现役干部、战士为研究对象,统计分析其一般情况、眼部详细检查结果及诊疗情况。结果 本次调查患者371人,共计472例,其中男性344人,占92.7%;女性27人,占7.3%。年龄18~55岁,平均30.5岁。眼部疾病主要包括干眼症、慢性结膜炎、屈光不正、睑腺炎、睑板腺功能障碍等,以18~39岁的男性干部和士官为主。结论 军区机关官兵眼部疾病有其特殊性,应有针对性地进行防治和眼保健工作,以降低眼部疾病的发生。Objective To obtain the eye disease spectrum of the officers and soldiers in the authorities of Chengdu Military Command in order to provide reference basis for prevention and treatment of eye disease and eye care. Methods In-service officers and soldiers who were from the military authorities and received treatment in our hospital from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2014 were selected as the research subjects, and statistical analysis was made on their general conditions, the examination results of eyes, and the treatment results. Results The investigation involved 371 patients, 472 cases in total, including 344 males （92.7%） and 27 females （7.3%） , who were aged 18-55, with an average age of 30.5. The eye diseases mainly included xerophthalmia, chronic conjunctivitis, ametropia, hordeolum, and meibomian gland dysfunction, mainly involving commissioned and noncommissioned male officers aged 18-39. Conclusion The eye disease of the officers and soldiers in military authorities has its particularity. Prevention and treatment and eye care work should be done particularly, so as to reduce the occurrence of eye diseases.
