国家骨干高职院校“五角三圆”科学发展模式——以湖南工艺美术职业学院为例

摘　　要："国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划"骨干高职院校建设项目第二批已验收结束,建设院校对高职教育的发展进行了大量的探索与实践,取得了丰富的成果。我们通过对示范校、骨干校建设的调查、比较、分析与研究,以科学发展观和系统论为理论依据,从校企合作机制、政策支持与投入环境、创新专业建设与人才培养模式、提升师资水平与领导能力、增强社会服务能力等五个角度构建了国家骨干高职院校"五角三圆"科学发展模式,并通过在湖南工艺美术职业学院实践,在实践中完善理论,理论进一步指导实践,使学院获得很好的发展,取得了卓越成效。The second batch of the project of constructing national model higher vocational colleges plan has finished. The colleges being constructed have made a great deal of research and practice, and they have got abundant achievements. Such Five Angles and Three Concentric Circles style has been formed by investigating,comparing, analyzing and researching the national model colleges and mainstay college construction. This theory is based on the scientific development and system theory, analyzing five angles from school-enterprise cooperation model, policy backing up and investing environment, creative major constructing and talent training style,promoting teaching staff level and leadership capacity, improving the social service. This style has been put in use in Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College. Practice makes the theory perfect and the theory conducts the practice better. Therefore, this style makes the college great developed and achieves a lot. We hope that our experience will inspire the vocational education development and reformation, functioning as a reference.
