摘　　要：中国作为全球最大的新兴市场,一直是跨国公司的必争之地。随着中国进一步扩大对外开放,跨国公司给中国经济带来了越来越强大的助力,但同时跨国腐败在中国也愈演愈烈,已经引发了社会的广泛关注。文章以跨国公司在华腐败案例为依据,分析了跨国公司在华腐败的现状、特征和原因,并结合国内最新的反腐形势,提出了中国的应对策略。As the largest emerging market, China has been a hotly contested spot among multinational corporations. With China＇s further opening up, multinational corporations also become a more important booster for China＇s economy. However, at the same time, corruptions which are rele- vant to these corporations are becoming intensified in China. The article, taking eases in China as examples, analyzed the present situations, characteristics and causes of multinational corporations＇ corruption in China, and integrating the latest domestic anti-corruption situation, proposed coping strategies for China.
