从督脉的循行和作用谈“脑为元神之府”

摘　　要：督脉为阳脉之海,关于其循行的记载,既有自上而下的营气循行模式,也有自下而上的元气运行模式。督脉通过其与任脉、足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经的并行、相合,属络于脑,也属络于肾,并上贯于心,升降精气、斡旋元气,使作为人体精、气、神会聚之处的肾、心、脑得以密切相联,通过与肾和脑的属络,凸显了脑的独特地位和作用。Du Meridian is the sea of Yang meridians. Records on its circulation contain both top-down Nutrient Qi running mode and bottom-up Primordial Qi running mode. Du Meridian has a corresponding relation with brain and kidney,and runs upward transfixing heart by keeping parallel and connecting with Ren Meridian,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,and Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin. Du Meridian can ascend and descend Essence Qi and operate Primordial Qi. Therefore as the convergent places of essence,Qi and spirit,kidney,heart and brain interrelate with each other closely. Thus brain and heart is connected. The unique position and role of brain is prominent through the corresponding collateral relation between kidney and brain.
