摘 要:建立基于知识的冲压件及冲压工艺集成模型,构建包含概念、关系、属性和规则四要素的冲压工艺领域本体,提出基于本体的冲压件及冲压工艺实例表示方法。冲压件实例表示以形状特征为核心,为后续的冲压件实例特征匹配检索做准备;冲压工艺实例表示以刃口信息为核心,将刃口信息与形状特征相关联,这是后续冲压工艺实例修改的基础。实例表示建立在集成模型基础上,全面描述了模型的各个要素,同时也建立在冲压工艺领域本体基础上,表示的术语全部来自本体库。该实例表示方法不仅利于知识的共享、重用和标准化,而且利于后续的检索和修改。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。Knowledge-based and integrated stamping parts and process modeling is discussed ,and stamping process domain ontol-ogy is constructed which is with four elements:concepts,relations,attributes and rules.Moreover,case representation is presented based on ontology for stamping parts and process .The core of stamping parts representation is form features which help the follow-ing case retrieval ,and the core of stamping process representation is the information of cutting contours .The form features connect with the information of cutting contours ,which help the following case adaptation .The case representation is established on the ba-sis of integrated model ,and fully described the various elements of the model .At the same time,the representation is built based on stamping process domain ontology ,whose terms come from ontology base .The stamping case representation not only supports knowledge sharing ,reuse and standardization ,but also favors the following case retrieval and adaptation .Finally a case study is used to reveal the effectiveness of this method .
