摘  要:目的:检测肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)计数、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及细胞增殖相关蛋白(Ki-67)在大肠癌中的表达,探讨TAMs与大肠癌侵袭转移、增殖的关系。方法:大肠癌患者标本55例,癌旁组织30例。应用免疫组化SP法,检测TAMs、MMP-2及Ki-67的表达。结果:(1)在大肠癌中TAMs、MMP-2及Ki-67的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);分化程度越低、淋巴结转移的数量越多、浸润程度越深,其值越高(P<0.05)。(2)TAMs与MMP-2(r=0.625,P<0.01)、Ki-67(r=0.690,P<0.01)的表达呈正相关。结论:TAMs可能通过分泌MMP-2、细胞因子等促进肿瘤的侵袭转移及增殖,为大肠癌分子靶向治疗提供一定的理论依据。Objective: The aim of this study was to detect tum or associated macrophages(TAMs)、Matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and cell proliferation marker(Ki67)expression in colorectal carcinoma, then explore the relationship between TAMs and tum or invasion, metastasis、proliferation in colorectal cancer. Methods:Im munohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TAMs, MMP-2 and Ki-67 in 55 cases of colorectalcarcinoma, 30 cases of normal colonic tissue(5cm from the cancer). These participants com e from Qingdao Municipal Hospital in theyear of 2013-2014. Results:(1)The expression of TAMs, MMP-2 and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than norm alcolonic tissue(P〈0.05), With the lower degree of differentiation, the increase of lymph node metastasis and the deeper of infiltration, the numerical of TAMs count、MMP-2 and Ki-67 expression was gradually increase(P〈0.05).2. TAMs count was positively correlated with MMP-2(r=0.625, P〈0.01)、Ki-67(r=0.690, P〈0.01)expression in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion: TAMs may prom ote tum or invasion, metastasis and proliferation by MMP-2 and other cytokines secretion, and can provide new theoretical basis for future targeted therapy ofcolorectalcancer.
