种植体周龈沟液中EMMPRIN及其配体CyPA的表达

摘　　要：目的判断种植体周龈沟液中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,EMMPRIN)及亲环素A(cyclophilin A,Cy PA)的表达情况。方法收集种植体行使功能1年以上的患者(种植组)的种植体周龈沟液以及无缺牙、无牙周炎患者(对照组)的天然牙龈沟液,并进行相关临床检查,ELISA法检测龈沟液中EMMPRIN及Cy PA的表达,应用SPSS 17.0软件包进行统计学分析,分析两者的表达与各临床检查指标之间的关系,比较两组间的差异。结果种植组中,种植体周龈沟液(peri-implant crevicular fluid,PICF)总量与EMMPRIN、Cy PA总量显著正相关;EMMPRIN总量与PICF、Cy PA总量、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)及改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index,m PLI)成显著正相关;Cy PA总量与PICF、EMMPRIN总量及GI成显著正相关。在种植组与对照组之间,PICF/GCF、EMMPRIN、Cy PA三者总量均无显著差异。结论EMMPRIN及其配体Cy PA在种植体周龈沟液中的表达与种植体周龈沟液的分泌量呈显著正相关。Objective To estimate the expressions of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer（ EMMPRIN） and its ligand cyclophilin A（ Cy PA） in peri-implant crevicular fluid（ PICF）. Methods PICF of patients with prosthetic implants loading for more than one year（ group IM） and gingival crevicular fluid（ GCF） of periodontitis-free patients with intact dentition（ the control group） were collected and assayed for EMMPRIN and Cy PA expressions by ELISA. The clinical periodontal status of these patients was examined.The relationships between the expressions of EMMPRIN and Cy PA in PICF and clinical parameters together with the difference between group IM and the control group were analyzed by SPSS 17. 0 software. Results In group IM,there were significantly positive correlations among PICF volume,EMMPRIN total amount and Cy PA total amount. In addition,EMMPRIN total amount was positively correlated with gingival index（ GI） and modified plaque index（ m PLI）,compared to the positive correlation between Cy PA total amount and GI. Nevertheless,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The expressions of EMMPRIN and Cy PA in PICF,which were probably positively correlated with the inflammatory status of peri-implant tissues,were significantly positively correlated with PICF secretion.
