摘　　要：采用一种先扩大间隙,引流根分叉病变,后期用插片式固定修复体填塞消除间隙的方法,治疗磨牙纵折1例,随访观察2年,无不良症状。One cases of vertically fractured molar was treated by following methods： the gap was exparded, the furcation lesion was drained; then a fixed prosthesis was inserted to restore the affected area. No symptom was observed in 2-year follow-up.
