摘　　要：目的:探讨EGFL7蛋白及上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测63例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织及10例正常人膀胱组织中EGFL7蛋白及Ecadherin蛋白的表达。结果:63例膀胱尿路上皮癌中40例EGFL7蛋白表达阳性,阳性率为63%;E-cadherin蛋白25例阳性表达,阳性率为40%。膀胱尿路上皮癌和正常膀胱组织中EGFL7蛋白、E-cadherin蛋白的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。EGFL7蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白的表达在膀胱尿路上皮癌不同肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGFL7蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中表达呈负相关。结论:膀胱尿路上皮癌中EGFL7蛋白及E-cadherin蛋白的表达与肿瘤的进展密切相关,是判断其生物学行为,预测转移趋势极具价值的指标。Objective： To discuss the expressions of EGFL7 protein and E- cadherin protein in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and the significance. Methods： We evaluated 63 urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and 10 controls and examined the presence of EGFL7 protein and E- cadherin protein by immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive expression of EGFL7 protein was founded 63%（ 40 /63,P〈0. 05） in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and the positive expression of E- cadherin protein was 40%（ 25 /63,P〈0. 05）. Both EGFL7 protein and E- cadherin protein positive expression in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and nomal bladder tissue had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of EGFL7 and E- cadherin in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grade and clinical stage（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of EGFL7 protein and E- cadherin protein in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder were negatively correlated. Conclusion： The expression of EGFL7 protein and E- cadherin protein are significantly associated with tumor progression in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder. Both of them can be the predictors of the biological behavior and trend of metastasis in urothelium carcinoma of bladder.
