摘  要:目的:检测Notch-1和Jagged-1基因蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达,探讨二者在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展、浸润、转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)方法检测75例卵巢上皮性癌和54例良性上皮性肿瘤中Notch-1和Jagged-1基因的蛋白表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:Notch-1和Jagged-1在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达明显高于良性上皮性肿瘤组织(P<0.01)。Notch-1和Jagged-1在卵巢上皮性癌中表达与组织分化程度有关,中低分化组的表达明显高于高分化组(P<0.05)。临床分期及有无淋巴结转移组中,二者的蛋白表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。在卵巢上皮性癌中两种蛋白表达呈明显正相关(r=0.295,P<0.05)。结论:Notch-1和Jagged-1可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生及癌细胞的分化有关,且二者在其发生、发展过程中可能起协同作用。Objective: To detect the expression of Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 in epithelial ovarian tumor and the effect of the two genes in the process of EOC formation,development,invasion and metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry( IHC) method was used to examine the expression of Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 genes in 75 cases of EOC and 54 cases of benign epithelial tumors,to evaluate the relationship between the protein expression and clinical and pathologic characteristics. Results: The positive expression of Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 in EOC was higher than them in benign epithelial tumors and the difference was highly significant( P〈0. 01). The expression of Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 in EOC may be related with the tumor differentiation,the positive expression of them in Moderate and poor was higher than them in well( P〈0. 05). The difference of Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 in clinical stage and lymph node status was not significant( P〈0. 0 5). The expression of the two genes was positively correlated( r = 0. 295,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Notch- 1 and Jagged- 1 may be related with the oncogenesis,prognosis of EOC. They may play the synergetic effect in the process of EOC oncogenesis.
