中草药猫眼草提取物诱导人胃癌细胞凋亡可能分子机制的探讨

摘　　要：胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。药物学治疗是目前抗肿瘤防治研究最为活跃的领域。猫眼草作为中国传统中草药之一,其提取物对肿瘤细胞作用的研究已有部分报道,本文就猫眼草或其有效成分诱导人胃癌细胞凋亡的研究进展,及其可能发生的机制作一综述。Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China. Pharmacological treatment is the most ac- tive fields of anti tumor prevention and treatment. Enphorbia lunulata Bge as one of traditional Chinese herbal medi cine, the extract on tumor cells having been reported, research progress of apoptosis of human gastric cancer cells in- duced by this Enphorbia lunulata Bge and its effective components,were reviewed in this paper.
