摘　　要：沉默信息调节因子2同源蛋白1(silent mating type information regulation 2 homolog 1,SIRT1/sirtuin 1)为III型去乙酰化酶,依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸辅酶(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+)调控基因转录、细胞凋亡等一系列细胞功能。近年研究发现,SIRT1表达水平改变对于某些肿瘤具有很强的抑制作用,本文从SIRT1的基本结构以及在癌症中的研究现状和与癌细胞的侵袭与转移和凋亡机制两方面阐述SIRT1与肿瘤调节之间的关系。Silent mating type information regulation 2 homolog 1 （ SIRT1 ） is a type III deacetylase which depends on the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide （ NAD^＋ ） regulating gene transcriptionhas and many kinds of cellular functions including apoptosis and so on. Recently study shows that the change of SIRT1 expression can inhibit tumor develop- ment strongly. This review describes the interrelationship between SIRT1 and tumor regulation from the structure of SIRT1 and present research in carcinoma and the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells and apoptosis.
