无碳复写纸CB涂料中淀粉间隔基的研究

摘　　要：采用小麦淀粉进行精制,三聚磷酯钠进行磷酸酯化生产无碳复写纸CB涂料淀粉间隔基。试验结果表明:当氢氧化钙用量在0.3-0.4%时,蛋白质含量达到0.3%以下;当上层淀粉取样在70-80%时,粒径在15-25μm范围的达65%左右,大于40μm粒径小于1%,;当三聚磷酸钠的加入量为4%,尿素2%时其留着率可达0.8%以上。The starch spacer in CB coating of NCR paper was made from refining wheat starch and phosphorylating sodium tripoly phosphate ester.Experiment shows that the protein content is below 0.3 % when the amount of calcium hydroxide is between 0.3% to 0.4 %;the content is about 65% for particles whose sizes are ranging from 15μm to 25μm,and less than 1% for those bigger than 40μm when the upper starch is sampled by 70 80 %;and the retention can be up to 0.8% when adding 4% sodium tripoly phosphate ester and 2% urea.
