摘　　要：研究以全过程知识管理为视角,深入剖析沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学(KAUST)的知识资本转化实践,探索基于利益相关者协同网络进行全周期知识产品深加工实现价值增值的"KAUST模式"。构建以"智力资本——知识管理——政策环境——价值创造"为基础的研究型大学科技成果资本化过程模型以及揭示知识成果价值增值的"黑箱"机制,以期为提升我国研究型大学科技成果转化率和促进创新驱动经济发展方式的转变提供新的思路。This research has adopted a whole-process knowledge management perspective to extensively ana- lyze the knowledge capitalization practice in KAUST, while exploring the KAUST model featured in collaborative network and deep-processing of knowledge products. Combined with the intellectual cap- ital theory, the article has established the quaternity process model to indicate the value-added ＂black box＂ mechanism for the capitalization of S＆T achievements in research universities. The purpose of this study is to provide a brand new insight for enhancing the transformation efficiency of S＆T a- chievements in our research universities and promoting the collaboration--driven economic growth.
