摘　　要：产业集群作为介于市场与企业之间的一种新型产业组织形式,其内部的组织结构、治理结构以及主体结构对产业集群的经济绩效有着重要影响。有效的产业集群组织结构要在保证集群网络较强环境适应能力即柔性化的同时,提高集群网络的生产效率;而选择治理结构的前提在于理清企业的核心竞争力所在以及企业在整个产业链条中所处的位置,由此对企业间的权力进行合理分配,进而保证集群网络的稳定性;合理的主体结构则要求企业、政府、协会、中介结构、科研机构等不同主体之间的相互关系适应产业集群发展需要。三种结构的合理配置是保证产业集群有效运行的重要基础。As a new type of industrial organization between market and enterprise, industrial cluster＇s internal structure have important influence on its economic performance, which including organizational structure, governance structure and major structure. The effectively organization structure should ensure internal network of industrial cluster has strong ability to adapt to the environment ,which called organizational flexible, and improve the production efficiency of cluster network meanwhile. And the premise of choosing governance structure is to sort out enterprise＇s core competitiveness and location of enterprise in the whole industry chain. Then we can allocate rights between enterprises, so as to guarantee the stability of cluster network. Rational major structure means a rational relationship can adapt to the development of industrial cluster among different majors, such as enterprise, government, associations , intermediary agency and research institutions. The rational allocation of above mentioned three structures is important foundation to guarantee the effective operation of industrial cluster.
