摘 要:目的探讨常规比色法联合牙本质比色在前牙二氧化锆全冠精确选色中的应用效果。方法选取96例需要制作前牙二氧化锆全冠的患者,随机分为2组,每组48例,分别使用常规比色法(对照组)、常规比色法联合牙本质比色(试验组)对患者的牙颈部1/3、中部1/3、切端1/3进行比色,制作二氧化锆全冠,戴入后采用国际照明委员会1976L*a*b色度系统,拍照分析修复体与患者天然牙的色度差,并比较两组患者的满意度。结果试验组的ΔL*、ΔC*、ΔH*、ΔE*分别为1.07±0.09、1.05±0.07、0.27±0.03、1.21±0.12;对照组分别为1.23±0.14、1.18±0.11、0.32±0.06、1.34±0.16,试验组修复体与天然牙体的色差较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组的患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规比色法联合牙本质比色制作的二氧化锆全冠,其色相、亮度、空间、色彩与天然牙体相似度高,患者满意度高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of precise color selection in zirconia crown of anterior teeth by using combined colorimetric method. Methods Ninty-six patients with zirconia crown were divided into two groups randomly. Conventional colorimetric method were uesd in control group, while both the conventional colorimetric and dentine colorimetric method were uesd in experiment group. The color selection were performed on cervical,middle and incisal edge of each tooth. CIE1976L* a* hcolormetric system was used for analysis the colour differences between restorations and natural teeth in both groups. The patients' satisfaction was recorded. Results The results of experiment group ( △L* = 1.07 ± 0.09, △C* = 1.05 ±0.07, △H* =0.27 ±0.03 and △E* = 1.21 ±0.12) were significantly lower than that of the control group (△L* = 1.23±0.14, △C* =1.18±0.11, △H* =0.32±0.06, △E* =1.34±0.16). Patients in the ex- periment group were more satisfied with the color of zirconia crowns. ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The hue, brightness, space, and the color of zirconia crown made by combined Colorimetric method have higher similarity to that of natural teeth.
