摘　　要：以交通冲突技术分析法与灰色理论相结合,以高峰时段、平峰时段、低峰时段的冲突率为指标,对采集的冲突数据进行分析处理,定量对交叉口安全进行分析,避免了因事故数据欠缺而造成的弊端。对严重冲突、非严重冲突及相应时间段交通流量进行采集、利用,提出改善交叉口安全性能的建议,降低交叉口事故的发生率。The traffic conflict technology analysis takes the collision rate of peak period,flat peak and low peak as index and combines with grey theory,analyzing and processing the collision data,analyzing the intersection safety quantificationally. This avoids the shortcomings lacking of accident data. This article collects and analyzes the traffic flow of the serious conflict period,not serious conflicts period and the corresponding time period, presenting the method to improve the safety performance of intersection and reducing the incidence of traffic accidents.
