摘　　要：目的:分析影响隐形矫治患者依从性的原因,从而加强无托槽隐形矫治患者依从性的管理,保证正畸患者治疗的顺利进行。方法:选取我科采用无托槽隐性矫治的患者49例,制定隐形矫治器患者依从性调查问卷表,收集、统计、分析患者佩戴隐性矫治器依从性情况,制定个性化佩戴方案,辅以多种形式健康宣教措施。结果:无托槽隐形矫治患者依从率从开始的36.7%提高到结束时的98%。结论:全面的分析和有针对性的健康教育可有效提高患者的依从性。Objective To analyze the reasons that influence the orthodontic patient compliance with invisible appliance, thereby to strengthen the patient compliance management and ensure the successful progress of orthodontic treatment. Methods 49 malocclusions treated with invisible appliance were selected.Individual questionnaires of patient compliance were specially designed, furthermore,were completed and collected during the different stage of orthodontic treatment. Meanwhile,personalized appliance wearing scheme and various kinds of health consult were conducted during orthodontic treatment. Results The compliance rate of patient with invisible appliance increased from 36.7% to 98. Conclusion The compliance of patient with invisible appliance can be improved by comprehensive analysis and targeted health consult.
