摘　　要：目的:了解Beyond冷光美白对牙齿美白临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的90例接受Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪漂白治疗的患者的临床资料。结果:Beyond冷光美白仪漂白四环素牙总有效率为50.00%,Beyond冷光美白仪漂白氟斑牙总有效率为94.44%,Beyond冷光美白仪漂白自然牙总有效率为90.00%,后两者总有效率明显优于前者,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪漂白疗效确切,值得临床积极推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Beyond LED teeth whitening machine. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients under the treatment of Beyond LED teeth whitening machine in the hospital from March 2012 to March 2014. Results The total effective rate of Beyond LED whitening machine treatment on tetracycline pigmentation teeth was 50.00%,the total effective rate of Beyond LED whitening machine treatment on dental fluorosis was 94.44,and the total effective rate of Beyond LED whitening machine treatment on natural teeth was 90.00%.The effective rate of the latter two was significantly superior to the former, with significant statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Beyond LED teeth whitening machine has exact effect on teeth whitening, and it is worth promotion and application.
