老年人肠易激综合征并功能性消化不良与胃肠激素相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年人腹泻型肠易激综合征（D-IBS）并功能性消化不良（FD）与胃肠激素相关性.方法 收集D-IBS＋ FD患者60例,分为老年D-IBS＋ FD组、非老年D-IBS＋ FD组各30例,另设健康老年对照组20例,检测其5-羟色胺、生长抑素、胆囊收缩素、降钙素基因相关肽、血管活性肠肽、P物质水平.结果 与非老年D-IBS＋ FD组比较,老年D-IBS＋ FD组的胆囊收缩素、5-羟色胺、血管活性肠肽水平升高（P＜0.05）,生长抑素水平降低（P＜0.05）;与老年对照组比较,老年D-IBS＋ FD组的胆囊收缩素、降钙素基因相关肽、5-羟色胺、血管活性肠肽、P物质水平显著升高（P＜0.05）.结论 老年人D-IBS并FD患病率明显低于非老年人,老年D-IBS并FD患者的发病与胃肠激素改变密切相关.Objective To investigate the relationship between functional dyspepsia-overlapped irritable bowel syndrome and gastrointestinal hormones in the elderly.Methods Totally 60 cases with functional dyspepsia overlapped irritable bowel syndrome were collected and divided into elderly group and non-elderly group （n =30 each）.20 healthy elderly people were considered as control group.Levels of serotonin,somatostatin,gallbladder angiotensin,calcitonin gene related peptide,vasoactive intestinal peptide,substance P were detected.Results Compared with non-elderly patients,elderly patients showed that levels of cholecystokinin,serotonin,and vasoactive intestinal peptide were increased （all P〈0.05）,and somatostatin level was reduced （P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,levels of cholecystokinin,calcitonin gene-related peptide,serotonin,vasoactive intestinal peptide and substance P were increased （all P〈0.05） in elderly patients.Conclusions The incidence of functional dyspepsia overlapped irritable bowel syndrome is lower in the elderly than in the non elderly.The functional dyspepsia-overlapped irritable bowel syndrome has a close correlation with gastrointestinal hormones in the elderly.
