摘  要:目的通过豚鼠自体全厚皮片植皮后观察黑色素沉着情况,探究作为自体皮片移植术后色素沉着模型的理想研究对象。方法在3种不同颜色豚鼠行自体全厚皮片移植,观察黑色素在自体皮片中的沉着过程。结果通过Masson-Fontana黑色素染色方法和image pro—plus6.0软件分析,观察到黑色、棕黄色豚鼠术后明显的皮肤黑色素改变以及黑色素积分光密度/角质形成细胞面积比值在第1、2、3周与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);且黑色豚鼠术后4周与对照组比较,差异仍有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而白色豚鼠的植皮后黑色素与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论黑色、棕黄色豚鼠可作为研究自体全厚皮片移植后黑色素沉着的动物模型。Objective To observe the pigmentation after autologous full-thickness skin transplantation on guinea pigs, researching an ideal animal model of pigmentation. Methods Autologous full-skin transplantation was performed on 3 different color of guinea pigs and the processing of pigmentation was observed then. Resuits By Masson-Fontana stain and soft image pro-plus 6.0 analysis on the black and brown guinea pigs, the changes of skin melanin and the ratio of melanin IOD and keratinoeyte area had the statistically significant differences at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after operation comparing with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; furthermore the black guinea pigs also had statistically significant differences at 4 weeks ( P〈 0.05 ) , but the white guinea pigs had no statistically significant differences all the time. Conclusion Black and brown guinea pigs are ideal models to research the pigmentation process after full-thickness skin transplantation.
