摘　　要：百合病肾阴不足,壬水匮乏,方用百合地黄汤滋肺肾不足之阴,清心安神润燥;百合病发汗之后,汗出伤阴,除肺肾阴虚之外,另有肾阴不足、相火有余之证,方用百合知母汤滋阴润肺,清心安神;百合病吐后伤及脾胃之阴津,方用百合鸡子黄汤濡养脾胃;百合病津伤之后,有小便艰涩难出的症状,方用滑石代赭汤清润心肺,使膀胱津液得通;百合病久,津伤液枯,致口渴久不愈,方用瓜蒌牡蛎散清肺生津,止咳润燥;百合洗方外用加饮食调养,可增强养阴清热止渴之力。Lily disease is due to the deficiency of kidney yin and Ren water.Baihe Dihuang Decoction can nourish the deficient yin of the lung and kidney,ease mental anxiety and moisten dryness.Sweating due to lily disease may impair yin and thus cause the syndrome of yin deficiency of the lung and kidney and also the syndrome of deficient kidney yin and hyperactive kidney fire,for which Baihe Zhimu Decoction can be used to nourish yin,moisten the lung,clear heart fire and tranquilize the mind; for the impairment of yin fluid of the spleen and stomach caused by vomiting due to lily disease,Baihe Jizihuang Decoction can be used to nourish the spleen and stomach; for difficult urination due to fluid impairment in lily disease,Huashi Daizhe Decoction can be used to clear and moisten the heart and the lung,activate the fluid flow in the bladder; for the protracted thirst due to fluid impairment in lily disease,Radix Trichosanthis can be used to clear the lung and produce fluid,check cough and moisten dryness.The external use of lily solution combined with diet regulation can strengthen the effects of nourishing yin,clearing heat and easing thirst.
